BESTAR offers state-of-the-art sawing and cutting capabilities for round bars and flat bars. Using high performance bandsaws engineered for high-speed cutting of metals and short cycle times made by Behringer Saws, Inc. our HMB 540A Bandsaw is a heavy-duty, high production machine designed for the accurate and economic cutting of steel bars.

We can cut

• round bars up to Ø 540 mm (21.2”) in diameter and
• flat bars up to 630 mm (width/24.8”) x 540 mm (thickness/21.2”).

Our bandsaw is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and features an easy-to-use operator’s terminal with diagnostic display, data entry and program storage. Speed and cut are controlled and monitored before and during the cutting process.
