Dennis Wagner는 1996년 1월1일에 BESTAR에서 그의 업무를 시작하였습니다. 수능시험이후 그는 독일의 큰 은행에서 은행원 직업교육을 마쳤으며 그 이후에 에센대학에서 공부하였습니다. 미국 디트로이트에서 독일 철강회사의 미국지사에서 인턴을 하던 1994년에 그는 BESTAR의 영업을 아메리카 대륙까지 확장하는 아이디어를 갖게 되고 인턴을 마친 후에 Dennis Wagner는 그에 맞춰 아메리카에 영업을 구축하기 시작했습니다. 2001년 여름에 미국 애틀랜타로 이주하였으며 그곳에서 대표이사로 회사를 이끌고자 자회사 BESTAR LLC를 세웠습니다. 지정학적인 도전과 경제위기에도 불구하고 회사는 점차 성장하였으며 북중남미에서 독일의 모회사를 본받아 공구, 톱 그리고 칼 산업의 중요한 강철 서비스 센터로 발전하였습니다.
2007년에 그는 BESTAR가 이미 1990년대 중반에 활동하였지만 본사 지점이 없던 아시아의 판매부장직을 위임받았습니다. 서비스 증진과 영업 확장을 위하여 또한 극동지역의 고객을 더 잘 돌보기 위하여 Dennis Wagner는 2010년에 BESTAR Steel 유한회사를 홍콩에 세웠습니다. 오늘날 그는 2006년부터 가족 소유의 BESTAR 그룹을 아버지 Hans-Joachim (Hajo) Wagner와 함께 이끌고 있습니다. BESTAR는 현재 전세계 고객에게 납품하고 있습니다. 오스트레일리아와 뉴질랜드에서부터 아시아, 유럽 그리고 북- 및 남아메리카에 이르기까지 – BESTAR는 산업공구, 톱, 칼 제조업체를 위한 철강 상담자입니다.
개인적으로 Dennis Wagner 는 애틀랜타에 있는 독일-미국 상공회의소 (AHK)와 독일-미국 문화재단의 이사로 활동하고 있습니다. 여가시간에 그는 분데스리가팀 보루시아 묀헨글라트바흐에 대한 열정을 나누는 부인과 두 자녀에 집중합니다.

Stefan Hilgenstock has been working at BESTAR since 2005 and is responsible for technical customer and supplier support, product quality and the quality management system. He learned toolmaking and then studied materials engineering. In addition, he trained as a quality and environmental officer and is a trained lead auditor.

Marcus Zeumer has been responsible for Finance, Human Resources, IT, Operations and Administration since 2016. The improvement of process management and the further development of the digitization strategy are key issues of his area of responsibility.

Ira Watts, originally from Moenchengladbach, Germany, joined BESTAR LLC in 2002. As Executive Vice President, Ira oversees all areas of the business, including sales activities in North, Central and South America as well as procurement.

Alan has been in the steel industry for over 20 years, having learned the intricacies of steel production and metallurgy with a major steel manufacturer before joining the BESTAR Steel Group in 2005.
Today, he oversees the sales operations for BESTAR LLC in The Americas, and works closely with Dennis Wagner and Maggie Lam at BESTAR Steel Limited on business development projects throughout China and Southeast Asia.

Maggie Lam joined BESTAR Steel Limited in September 2012 in order to better serve customers in Asia/Pacific Region. Her responsibility is managing the daily operations for BESTAR Steel Limited.
Maggie gained experience from various industries before joining BESTAR. She has a service-oriented spirit dedicated to providing complete customer satisfaction..

Markus Grunow has been working in the steel industry since the early 90’s. He originally started in the world of tool steel at a steel mill in northern Germany. Later he continued to increase his knowledge in the cold rolling industry of carbon and alloy steel. From personal experience he also understands the needs and challenges of the procurement side as well as strategic and operational tasks of the distribution management. This enabled him to gain a comprehensive view of the technically challenging and in many ways innovative steel industry. Customer satisfaction with service, quality and performance as well as the close knit collaboration within the BESTAR Team are especially close to his heart.
